Registration Information

Registration Fee: There is an annual registration fee of $15 per student. Your 1st payment and registration fee will hold your place in class.


Tuition: Tuition is split into 5 payment periods. Emails will be sent when tuition is due. An additional $10.00 late fee will be applied to tuition received after the 7th day of the payment period. The 1st payment period consists of the total for September and October. You will be asked to add an additional $15 for the registartion fee.


Registration: Registering early will save your child's spot in class as space is limited.

  • Registration form and waiver may be fill out electronically and sent to Please call 224-249-2275 to pay the 1st payment period tuition.

  • Registration form and waiver may be printed, filled out and sent in the mail with the 1st payment period tuition (+$15 registration fee) to Karisma Dance Company at 1212 Waukegan Rd, Glenview IL 60025.

Payment: Preferred method of payment is cash or check, written out to Karisma Dance Company. Credit cards are accepted, however, there is a 3% service charge per transaction.

Tuition Discount:

  • There will be a %10 discount (per one student) applied to families with 2 or more dancers registering.

  • There will be a %10 discount to students who takes more than 1 dance class per week.


Missed Classes: There is no credit or refund applied for absences or if a student drops a class. If a student misses 3 consecutive classes without notification, and/or has a balance past due, the company will drop his/her place in the class.


There are NO dance classes or company rehearsals on the following dates.

  • Wednesday, Oct 31st, Halloween

  • Nov 21st-25th, Thanksgiving Break

  • Dec 21st - Jan 6th- Holiday Break

  • March 25th - March 31st- Spring Break

  • May 27th, Memorial Day

All of the holidays have been taken out of the tuition.


2019 KDC June Recital:

Parent information packets will be handed in January, 2019 with details including recital date, times, location, fees and more. Dancers MUST be enrolled in classes before January 21st in order to receive a recital costume.

Competition Companies:

Information regarding schedule and tuition will be handed out after auditions and before classes begin. For any questions regarding competition company placements, please contact



  • Shoes: You are responsible for providing dance shoes for specific styles; black tap shoes for tap, tan or black jazz shoes for jazz, pink canvas or leather ballet shoes for ballet, black jazz shoes for hip hop. These must be purchased by the first fall class.

  • Dress Code: Students are expected to dress in appropriate dance attire for each dance class. Leotard, tights, dance shorts, tanks and tees in all styles and colors are encouraged. Hair must be pulled away from the face, no jewelry with the exception of stud earrings. Ballet dress code- tights, leotard, shorts or skirt, hair in a bun, pink ballet shoes.

  • Tardiness & Attendance: Tardiness and absences can cause student to miss material and important technique. Any missed choreography for recital or competitions will be dancer’s responsibility to learn on their own time from another member of the class and/or company. All absences must be emailed to or call 224-249-2275.

  • Behavior: Excessive talking or cell phone usage while attending class is considered disruptive behavior . Dancers will be removed from class if behavior continues to interrupt classes. No food or drinks, other than water bottles, allowed in dance studios.
